In this 4-hour workshop we will be focusing on improving our “Malasana Squat” & “Chaturanga Dandasana.”
Preparation & progressive loading are key when comes to building up the adequate amount of strength & mobility required to perform these two poses with efficiency and ease.
We will take our time exploring yoga, researched based movement, strength, mobility, prerequisites, progressive loading, creative sequencing & much MORE designed to help you feel confident in your yoga practice in the body you are in right NOW.
