Q: Is yoga right for me?

A: Yoga is right for everyone! Every body can benefit from some form of yoga practice. The studio offers a variety of different yoga styles and classes. Feel free to send us a message if you are not sure which style is best for you. If you have any known medical conditions, it is always a good idea to consult with your doctor before making any changes to your lifestyle. 

Q: What should I bring to class?

A: Please bring a yoga mat (there are a few at the studio to borrow), a water bottle, and a towel if you are attending a strong class. There are plenty of props at the studio, but you may bring your own if you wish. 

Q: Do I need to arrive early?

A: Please arrive 5-10 minutes early so you can prepare for class, gather your props, meet the instructor, and prepare your mind and body for your upcoming practice. 

Q: What should I wear? 

A: Please wear comfortable clothing that will allow you to move. The best options include: yoga pants, leggings, sweat pants, shorts, harem pants, with a sports top, t-shirt, or tank top. Whatever you feel comfortable wearing is the perfect choice.

Q: Can I book a private event for my friends and family?

A: Yes! The studio is absolutely available for private bookings. Please contact us and provide more information so we can help make your event special. 

Q: Do you offer hot yoga?

A: No. Our studio is always kept between 72 and 74 degrees F, depending on the class. 

Q: Is the studio always open?

A: No. Please check the schedule to see when our classes are running. The front door will be open 15 minutes before class and 10 minutes after class. The studio door is locked while classes are in session. If you would like to see the studio, please contact us and set up an appointment.
