Tara will then offer a live 1:1 Spinal Energetics demonstration so you can witness how energy flows through the system. From there, you’ll relax on your mat as the Akashic Realm is opened—helping your body soften into presence and receive the healing work with more ease.
The group Spinal Energetics session follows, inviting subtle and powerful shifts through the body’s natural intelligence. To close, Tara will guide you through a Holy Fire Reiki meditation to support integration and nervous system regulation.
