Yoga for Sleep

Without proper sleep we can't be our healthiest selves. Lack of sleep can cause irritability, accidents, headaches, depression, and hormonal disruptions. In this four-week series we will look at underlying causes of sleep problems, go over a yoga series that you can performed at home to help you unwind, and work as a group to workshop ideas to get you your best rest. Each session will close with a mediation designed to bring on the zzzzzs. No yoga or meditation experience necessary.
