Start your new year off with intention and self-care. In this deeply nourishing workshop, you will receive the tools you need to restore, rebalance and revitalize your body for the new year with soothing meditations, yin and restorative postures, and gentle hands-on adjustments. You will then be guided through a journaling and intention-setting exercise to assist you in creating a fresh, clear and focused outlook on what you wish to achieve for 2019. You will leave this workshop feeling calm, nourished, and connected.
