Come and enjoy this calming 90 minute workshop combining the yoga asanas with the healing benefits of essential oils. The class is a Yinsore style, which is a unique combination of yin yoga, and restorative yoga. 

Essential oils have many health benefits, and are generally used in a yoga practice for their ability to calm the mind, relieve you of anxiety, and leave you feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. 

The essential oils will be diffused in the room, applied topically to the skin, as well as diluted in carrier oils and massaged into the skin.
