Please join us each month for our Karma class. The class type will change on a monthly basis, but will be welcoming to all levels of practice. All proceeds will be donated to an animal sanctuary. Passes and memberships cannot be used.
Private sessions give you the opportunity to work one-on-one with one of our instructors. If you are new to yoga and worried about attending a class, or you are experienced and looking to refine your practice, everyone can benefit from this personal attention. Our instructors will communicate with you before your session so that you get the most out of this hour.
A strong practice where the instructor will guide you through the primary series of the yoga asanas. Created for students who are familiar with the yoga asanas.
If you're in a rut and feel like you just need to press the reset button, here's how to get your mind, body, and soul back on track! At first we flow and then let go with restorative postures.
(HATHA Level 2)
Created for students already familiar with the yoga asanas, and wish to level up their practice. Come have fun, laugh, and feel confident and strong when you leave.
Move through the basic yoga asanas, flow with the breath, and balance with grace. Open to all levels of practice.
All levels fluid practice to release stagnant energy, build heat and increase flexibility.
Beginning with slow conscious breath and developing into dynamic movements.
This all level class focuses on slow movements, stretching the body, and relieving any tension and stress that is residing in the muscles and joints.

Do you need some time to relax, de-stress, and re-connect to your mind and body? This 45 minute session will include some light stretching to let go of your day, followed by a 20 minute meditation.
This class blends deeper yin stretches and relaxing restorative poses to bring you to a more peaceful state of mind mid day.
Movement + Mobility
Move. Stretch. Release. Knowing your body is a science, one that combines your physical and mental being. Improve your functional fitness in our Yoga & Mobility class. Our focus is function & mobility so we’ve introduced this class to take you back to the basics of functional movements to help improve your strength, balance and overall wellness.
Based on the classic principles of Joseph Pilates, this class is designed to help improve physical strength, flexibility and posture, with an emphasis on proper alignment, breathing and developing a strong core. Small equipment is used, such as: Flexbands, Pilates balls, weighted balls, and more. Suited for all levels (beginners to advanced).
Condensed version of our energy flow class built into the lunch hour so you can slip away from the day and recharge!
A hatha based practice that focuses on hip opening poses, relieving stress and negative emotions that we typically carry in our hips.
Start your day right and awaken your body with slow, flowing movements. The perfect way to energize your body for the day ahead.
A Yin based practice, with all poses practiced against the wall. This slow paced practice is perfect for you to relax, unwind, and let go.

Begin with the stillness of yin yoga, and conclude with a blissful yoga sleep. Work your way into a trace as you listen to a soft calming voice guiding you into a conscious sleep. Wake up feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
Practice stillness of the body and of the mind, invite in the wisdom of your stillness and silence. Greet it with love, and wait for the magic
(hatha + Pranayama)
Unwind is a slow practice that restores mind, body, and spirit. Incorporating twists, circular motions, and pranayama this class stimulates the digestive, immune and lymph systems, while allowing students to focus on deep, healthful breathing.
Based on Hatha yoga, this class will blend balance, strength, flexibility, and power. This class is accessible, understandable, and doable by individuals at any level of fitness. Props will be used including weights and bands.
